There has been a lot of buzz around the highly anticipated Baz Lurhmann film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel, The Great Gatsby. With Leonardo DiCaprio as Jay Gatsby and a cast that includes Tobey McGuire and Carey Mulligan the movie is sure to be a hit.
With such great production and cast, the movie's soundtrack had to follow suit. The soundtrack was produced by Jay-Z, and includes artists such as Beyonce, Andre 3000, Will.i.am, Q-Tip, and Emeli Sande. The album includes a combination of jazz inspired music. The album opens with "Back to Black" an Amy Winehouse song performed by Beyonce and Andre 3000, and closes with "Kill and Run" a song by Australian pop singer, Sia.
